Our dedicated mortgage division is Davenport Mortgages Ltd. The team, led by Gary Jasper, operate out of our London office. We have expertise in a wide range of lending areas including remortgages, capital raising, buy-to-let, and equity release.
Gary Jasper (Managing Director)
Gary joined the insurance industry in 1983 and quickly grew to enjoy mortgages more than any other aspect of financial planning. His enthusiasm together with an enviable depth of knowledge of the mortgage market ensures that any mortgage recommended is the most suitable for his clients. He has also joined an elite number of mortgage brokers who have passed the Lifetime Mortgage accreditation, allowing him to give more comprehensive advice on Lifetime Mortgages (also known as Equity Release Mortgages). Gary has been within the Davenport Group for 5 years.
Lianne McKenna (Mortgage case manager)
Lianne joined Davenports from John Charcol the national broker to become more directly involved with clients. All of our clients comment on the personal service and regular updates Lianne gives to make the whole process as stress free as possible.
